Digital Guardrail provides parental control guidance, device safety scoring, and AI-generated configuration guides to help families secure their household devices. The Service is provided “as is” and guides are informational in nature.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
AI-generated guides are produced automatically and may not always be accurate or up to date. Always verify configuration steps against the official documentation for your specific device and software version. Digital Guardrail is not liable for any damages resulting from following guide instructions.
If you provide your own AI API keys, you are responsible for their security and usage in accordance with the respective provider's terms of service. Digital Guardrail encrypts stored keys and does not sell or share them.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Device Guide purchases are non-refundable once a guide has been generated. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Guardrail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
